We have purchased some new ewes we are very excited about. They will give us some new colors for roving and great lambs in the Spring. See the sheep page for more info and pictures. We have a small farm 1 hour North of Detroit, Michigan where we raise Shetland Sheep and German Wirehaired Pointers.
On the sheep page we have lambs for sale and adoption, as well as products such as wool, yarn and yarn products.
We also enjoy hunting ducks, geese, pheasants, grouse, woodcock, and quail and training hunting dogs. Due to their versatility, and being so well suited to waterfowl and upland hunting our breed of choice is the German Wirehaired Pointer. Futher demonstrating its form and function the German Wirehaired Pointer is one of the few breeds that can be in the conformation show ring in the morning and out hunting in the afternoon.
I am a member of the Fort Detroit German Wirehaired Pointer Club, and we are also members of the German Wirehaired Pointer Club of America.
Contact us by phone or email to talk more about hunting, dogs, and sheep.
